Terrorism Defined

The complete definition of terrorism is an attack made upon civilians from within a civilian population. By now, Isabel Kershner should know that planting themselves within civilian populations is how terrorists operate.

To be clear, the NYTimes knows that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) did not intend to kills two youths in an air strike. It reports their deaths, then, as collateral damage. That, however, is not enough. The terrorist group, here referred to as "a militant squad," likely fired the mortars from a civilian area so that the IAF would not respond, and if it did respond, it would be nearly impossible to avoid civilian deaths.

Engaging in violence with civilian shields is a war crime, and the result is the death of Palestinian innocents. When will the innocent Palestinians rise up against Hamas and its war crimes?

  1. I think you need to change the word "complete" when defining terrorism. It's unclear if this is a technical term or not.

Also, at the end, it would be great if you added "...and when will the Times stress -- let alone point out -- to its readers this Palestinian agenda?"
